Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Orders leave our Ravena, NY warehouse within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–6 business days within the contiguous U.S. Expedited options appear at checkout.

Do your pans work on induction?
The stainless-steel pieces are induction compatible. Check the Specifications table on the product page — if a piece is not suitable for induction, it is stated there.
